The Weight is Over is a PR Friendly blog, featuring real life stories of  my quest to lose weight and get healthy.  I also like  sales and promotions, product reviews, contests, and giveaways! I am always looking for new and innovative products to test and review, as well as amazing sales and promotions, and fun contests and giveaways. Please review our policies below:

Advertisers

Want to generate buzz about your products?  WeightsOver is a perfect place to get buzz spinning! My readers come from different walks of life.  Many have families- and kids of all different ages. Most are interested in  weight loss, healthy and fitness, as well.  I would love to review products and share my opinion on my blog. This is a family oriented site so I would prefer to review products that are suited for my viewers and their families.

REVIEWS POLICY

A non-returnable, full-size sample is required to complete a thorough review of your product.

Each product reviewed must have a minimum retail value of $25.00. For products with a retail value under $25.00, there is a small fee to compensate time and advertising space.

Reviews are always an honest, unbiased opinion of your product, therefore, I cannot, and will not, guarantee a positive review. However, before posting a negative review, I will contact you about the problem I experience with the product. If no solution is offered, or the problem cannot be resolved simply due to my personal opinion, I can post the review “as is” or not at all.

Reviews are posted within 3-4 weeks of receiving the product unless otherwise discussed.

HOSTED GIVEAWAYS POLICY

A product, which is brand new, in an unopened package is required for each giveaway hosted at  The Weights is Over. The only exception, would be to a company or organization that specializes in refurbished or reconditioned products. In which case, the product will be considered in full working condition, and a disclaimer about the condition will be required.

The giveaway sponsor, whether an individual, business, company, organization, or the like, is responsible for providing the product to the winner, and assumes cost of shipping, and any other costs associated with the giveaway product. (Unless otherwise discussed and disclosed.)

To compensate for time and advertising space, a product equivalent to the giveaway product, is required. If not available, then there will be a small fee.

REVIEW WITH A GIVEAWAY

I love, and prefer doing a product review along with a giveaway! Reviews receive more exposure for your company, and product, when coupled with an amazing giveaway!

The Review and Giveaway Policies above apply. However, there are no fees associated with a review and giveaway.

The product given away should be the same as the item reviewed.

SHARED GIVEAWAYS POLICY

If you are hosting a Giveaway on your website or blog, and you would like me to share it with my readers, please email me!

The Giveaway Policies above apply. However, there are no fees associated with a Shared Giveaway. All we ask is that you follow The Weights is Over, Grab Our Button and link back to us.
